2.Purpose of the prize draw
\nThe purpose of this prize draw is to reward ECOPC followers on Instagram for their loyalty.<\/p>\n
3.Geographical scope and participants
\nThese promotions are nationwide except for Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.<\/p>\n
4.Temporal scope
\nThe promotion period will begin on 21\/06\/2023 at 16:30 pm and will end on 30\/06\/2023 at 12:00 pm. It will only take place through the Instagram profile of @es_ecopc and in compliance with these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n
5.Participants
\nAll residents of Spain (except Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands) over 18 years of age, previously registered on the social network Instagram with a single real user and who follow @es_ecopc, can participate in the draw free of charge and voluntarily. They must actively participate in the draw according to the mechanics set out in this document, be a personal account with activity that proves it and at least 6 months old. Neither ECOPC employees nor direct or indirect collaborators who have been involved in the promotion or in the printing of the materials corresponding to the same, nor their first-degree relatives, nor accounts whose main activity is to participate in prize draws, may take part in the prize draw.<\/p>\n
Should such a circumstance arise, ECOPC will automatically discard these participations. ECOPC is not responsible for the veracity of the data provided by the participants or for not being able to contact the participants and\/or winners if the data provided is incorrect or contains errors.<\/p>\n
The present promotion aims to ensure that the competition between the different participants is carried out on an equal opportunity basis and with strict respect for the rules of good faith. For this reason, ECOPC reserves the right to automatically and immediately exclude from the promotion any participant who transgresses the rules of good faith, observes mendacious or inappropriate conduct, uses fraudulent means or breaches these Rules in any of their extremes. In the event that irregularities are detected after the actual delivery of any of the prizes, ECOPC reserves the right to take the appropriate legal action against the author or person responsible, including, among others, those aimed at returning the prizes.<\/p>\n

7.Mechanics of the promotion
\nFrom the first day of the promotion until the last day included, ECOPC’s Instagram followers (@es_ecopc.es) will be able to participate in this draw through Instagram, mentioning 2 friends.<\/p>\n
8. PRIZE

9.Prize awarding mechanism
\nThe draw will be conducted internally on a completely random basis.<\/p>\n
The winner authorises his\/her Instagram name to be published on ECOPC’s social networks. The winner will be notified by means of a comment on the photo of the draw. If the winner does not comply with the rules of this prize draw or cannot be located within the time limits set out in these rules, the prize that would have been awarded will be forfeited.<\/p>\n
The participant must not include any comments that infringe or are likely to infringe morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, or that infringe, violate or violate intellectual or industrial property rights, and we must warn you of the consequences and responsibilities that you may incur if you make illicit or fraudulent use of the same. ECOPC will act immediately in the event of a complaint or a suspicion that intellectual property rights may be being infringed, or in the event of any content that may be considered inappropriate, and will proceed to remove it immediately, and may request the permanent blocking of the infringing user.<\/p>\n
ECOPC declines all responsibility for the consequences that the voluntary, consented and deliberate exhibition by the user of his\/her comments may have for him\/herself, his\/her family, friends and\/or relatives, or other third parties, or for the dissemination or exhibition of the same by him\/her or by third parties, or its reproduction, including on other web pages, blogs.
\n10.Contacting the winner
\nThe winner will be contacted from the 30th of June by means of a comment in the publication of the draw and through a stories indicating that he\/she must send an email with his\/her personal details to contacto@ecopc.com . The winner will have to contact ECOPC within 3 hours to communicate with them. If after the day has elapsed, ECOPC does not receive a reply including all the necessary data to deliver the prize, the delivery will be cancelled.<\/p>\n
In the event that any winner or winners do not reply within the indicated day, ECOPC reserves the right to appoint new winner(s), following the procedure described in this article. In the event that such new winner(s) also fail to respond, ECOPC may declare the prize void.<\/p>\n
11.Disassociation from Instagram
\nInstagram does not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion in any way, nor is it associated with it. The user dissociates himself\/herself completely from Instagram, and is aware that he\/she is providing his\/her information to ECOPC and @escueladepadresymadres and not to Instagram. The information provided will only be used to process the participant’s participation and to communicate the prize in case of winning. The user dissociates himself\/herself completely from instagram.<\/p>\n
12. Taxation
\nThe holding of the draw and the awarding of the prize are subject to the tax regulations in force.<\/p>\n
13.Acceptance of the rules
\nThe simple participation implies the acceptance of these rules in their entirety, so that the manifestation, in the sense of non-acceptance of the same, will imply the exclusion of the participant and, as a consequence of the same, ECOPC will be released from the fulfilment of the obligation contracted with the said participant. By accepting the prize, the winner assumes all the expenses incurred, except those expressly included in the promotion in question, as well as the liability that may arise from the collection and use of said prize. In this sense, the winner will be responsible for all taxes or expenses that are not specifically mentioned in these rules.<\/p>\n
Intellectual property rights
\nECOPC reserves the right to use the names and images of the winning participants as well as all participants for advertising purposes in the media it deems appropriate and without the need for explicit notification.<\/p>\n
15. Personal data
\nIn accordance with the Ley Org\u00e1nica de Protecci\u00f3n de Datos de Car\u00e1cter Personal and the Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Informaci\u00f3n y de Comercio Electr\u00f3nico, participants are informed that the personal data they provide will be incorporated into a personal data file, property of the organising company. Said data will be used and processed, in addition to the purpose of participating in the prize draw, for the research, promotion and marketing of ECOPC’s services, which will include sending commercial communications, including by electronic means. Applicable law and competent courts
\nThe law applicable to this promotional prize draw is Spanish law, and the competent courts to hear any dispute or controversy are the Courts of the city of Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
