Terms and conditions of the Instagram competition
1. Company organising the prize draw
The organiser of this draw is ECOPC, Smart Dragon S.L. online shop, with registered office at Camino Número Cuatro, 2 - 24350, Veguellina de Órbigo, León - Spain. In collaboration with ✾ Yoann Ferreira @yoannferreira
2. Purpose of the raffle
The purpose of this raffle is to reward ECOPC's followers on Instagram for their loyalty.
3. Temporal scope
The promotion period will start on 18/11/2021 at 5pm and will end on 03/12/2021 at 5pm. It will be carried out solely through the Instagram page of @fr_ecopc and @yoannferreira as a collaborator account and in compliance with these legal bases.
4. Participants
All residents of Europe, aged over 18, who have previously registered on the social network Instagram with a single real user and who follow @fr_ecopc may participate in the draw free of charge and voluntarily. They must actively participate in the draw according to the mechanisms set out in this document, have a personal account with activity to prove it and be at least 6 months old. ECOPC employees and direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in the promotion or printing of the corresponding materials, as well as their first-degree relatives, and accounts whose main activity is to participate in the draws, will not be able to participate in the draw. If such a circumstance occurs, ECOPC will automatically disqualify such entries. ECOPC is not responsible for the veracity of the data provided by the participants or for the impossibility of contacting the participants and/or winners if the data provided is incorrect or contains errors. This promotion aims to ensure that the competition between the various participants takes place on the basis of equal opportunities and in strict compliance with the rules of good faith. For this reason, ECOPC reserves the right to automatically and immediately exclude from the promotion any participant who violates the rules of good faith, observes deceptive or inappropriate behaviour, uses fraudulent means or violates any part of these rules. In the event that irregularities are detected after the actual delivery of any of the prizes, ECOPC reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against the perpetrator or person responsible, including but not limited to returning the prizes.
5. RANDOM DRAW
There will be one prize of a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 370 Touch / Intel Core I5-7300U / 8 GB / 256 SSD / 13", among all users who. :

6. Mechanics of the promotion
From the first day of the promotion until the last day inclusive, the Instagram followers of ECOPC and @yoannferreira will be able to participate in this draw via Instagram, by mentioning 2 friends.
7. PRIZE
The prize will be a Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 370 Tactile / Intel Core I5-7300U / 8 GB / 256 SSD / 13" laptop
8. Prize awarding mechanism
This will be done through the EasyPromos platform, it will be a random draw.
The winner authorises the publication of his/her name on Instagram on the social networks ECOPC and @yoannferreira. The winner will be informed by a comment on the photo of the draw. If the winner does not comply with the rules of this prize draw or cannot be located in accordance with these rules, the prize that would have corresponded to them will be lost.
The entrant must not include any comments that offend or are likely to offend against morality, ethics, good taste or propriety, or that infringe, violate or transgress intellectual or industrial property rights, and we must warn you of the consequences and liabilities you may incur if you make unlawful or fraudulent use of them. ECOPC will act immediately on any complaint or suspicion of infringement of intellectual property rights, or on any content that may be considered inappropriate, and will remove it immediately, and may request the permanent blocking of the offending user.
ECOPC declines all responsibility for the consequences that the voluntary, consented and deliberate exposure by the user of his comments may have for himself, his family, his friends and/or relatives, or other third parties, or for the diffusion or exposure of the same by himself or by third parties, or its reproduction, including on other websites, blogs, social networks or any other medium or form of digital or non-digital exploitation, whether online or offline, bearing in mind that both the publication of comments or the insertion of illustrations and texts, and their disclosure or dissemination to third parties, are entirely voluntary, consented to and unsolicited. Therefore, the participant will be directly responsible, holding ECOPC harmless, for any claim, complaint or lawsuit from third parties in relation to the infringement or violation of any rights that may arise from the texts or material that a user has published. All images that do not comply with the "Terms of Use" published on www.ecopc.com or that do not respect these rules will also be rejected.
9. Contact with the winner
Winners will be contacted on 1 February by a comment in the prize draw image and a story indicating that they should send an email with their personal data to [email protected] . The winner will have to contact ECOPC within 24 hours to communicate with them. If, after the expiry of this period, ECOPC does not receive a reply including all the data necessary for the delivery of the prize, the delivery will be cancelled. In the event that one or more winners do not respond within the specified time period, ECOPC reserves the right to designate one or more new winners, following the procedure described in this article. Should the new winner(s) also fail to respond, ECOPC may declare the prize void.
10. Instagram disassociation
Instagram does not sponsor, endorse or otherwise manage this promotion and is not associated with it. The user disassociates him/herself completely from Instagram, and is aware that he/she is providing his/her information to ECOPC and @yoannferreira and not to Instagram. The information provided will only be used to process the participant's entry and to communicate the prize in case of winning. The user disassociates himself/herself completely from Instagram.
11. Taxation
The organisation of the draw and the awarding of the prize are subject to the applicable tax regulations.
12. Acceptance of the rules. The mere participation implies the acceptance of these rules in their entirety, so that the manifestation, in the sense of non-acceptance of the same, will imply the exclusion of the participant and, as a consequence of the same, ECOPC will be released from the fulfilment of the obligation contracted with said participant. By accepting the prize, the winner assumes all costs incurred, except those expressly included in the promotion in question, as well as the responsibility that may arise from the collection and use of said prize. In this sense, the winner will be responsible for any taxes or expenses not specifically mentioned in these rules.
Intellectual property rights ECOPC reserves the right to use the names and images of the winning entrants and all entrants for publicity purposes in such media as it deems appropriate and without the need for explicit notification.
13. Personal data
In accordance with the Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal and the Ley de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico, participants are informed that the personal data they provide will be incorporated into a personal data file owned by the organising company. This data will be used and processed, in addition to the purpose of participation in the draw, for research, promotion and marketing of ECOPC's services, including the sending of commercial communications, particularly by electronic means. 14. Applicable law and competent courts
The law applicable to this promotional draw is Spanish law, and the competent courts to hear any dispute or controversy are the courts of the city of León, Spain.
