Shipments to the rest of Europe:

  • Standard delivery 3-7 working days FREE for orders over €500
  • For orders under €500, the cost will be €14.95
  • Some bulky items may incur an additional shipping charge.

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, and the Netherlands

  • Free delivery for orders over €119 within 3-4 working days.
  • For orders under €119, the shipping cost will be €8.95
  • Express delivery 1-3 working days for orders > €119 will cost €9.95
  • Express delivery 1-3 working days for orders < €119 will cost €20
  • Delivery time is 3-4 working days. Delivery times may be affected on certain dates such as Black Friday, Christmas, January Sales due to a high volume of orders.

  • For orders under this amount, shipping costs will be €4.95

  • Delivery time is 48/72h on working days. Delivery times may be affected on certain dates such as Black Friday, Christmas, January Sales due to a high volume of orders.
  • For shipments to the Azores and Madeira, delivery time may be delayed by 3-5 working days and will be through Express Shipping, costing €9.95 for orders > €119 and €20 for orders < €119

Shipping Conditions

During holidays such as Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday, Back to School, or national holidays, delivery times may be affected due to a high volume of shipments.

Orders placed on a working day before 15:00 are prepared and shipped the same day so that you can receive them within 24/48 working hours. All purchases made after 15:00 will be processed the next day. Delivery time is calculated from when the order leaves our centre until it reaches the specified address.
