In order to formalise an order, payment must first be confirmed. In we offer different payment methods, which due to the commissions charged by the collection entities may have an added cost to the order. The payment methods could also be limited to the destination of the order.

The website does not store customer's financial information at any time, neither credit card nor bank account numbers. This information is provided to the bank that manages the payment through a secure gateway.

Below we detail the available payment methods, as well as the commissions and limitations if any:

Bank transfer or deposit

With this payment method you can pay by transferring the amount of the order from your bank or by making a deposit over the counter at one of our banks. If you make the payment over the counter, the payment will be effective the same day, but if you do it from another bank, the payment may be delayed from 24h to 48h. Remember that orders by bank transfer will be kept for 3 working days awaiting payment starting the day after the order is placed, after which time they will be automatically deleted.

Once we check that the payment has been made correctly in our bank, the user will receive an email informing him/her that the payment has been made correctly and the order will be prepared. If the bank transfer is made on Saturday or Sunday, it will not take effect until Monday, so we will not receive the payment until Tuesday. In this case, if you wish, you can send us the proof of payment of the bank transfer to [email protected], indicating in the subject: Order number.

Credit card

This payment method is immediate, totally secure and verified by Visa/Mastercard. All payments made by this method of payment will be validated by your bank and, if accepted, will be sent to us automatically and instantly. A security code is required to make this type of online payment. Please consult your bank if you do not know your security code.


We offer you the option to pay through Bizum, a quick and easy way to complete your online purchases. With Bizum, you can link your bank account and make instant payments with complete confidence.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs associated with orders at, are detailed below:

  • Shipping for Spain:

    - 4.95€ (taxes included) for orders whose total amount (taxes included) is less than 69€.

    - Free for orders whose total amount (taxes included) is more than 69€.

    • We do not ship to the Canary Islands (El Hierro, La Palma, La Gomera, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura), Ceuta and Melilla.

  • Ships to France:
    • Standard shipping 3-7 working days FREE for orders over 149€.
    • For orders under 149€ the shipping cost will be 8,95€.
    • Express shipping 1-3 business days for orders > 149€ will be 10€. 
    • Express delivery 1-3 working days for orders < €149 will be €19.99 

                  - Some bulky products may incur extra shipping costs.

  • Shipping to the rest of Europe:
    • Standard shipping 3-7 working days FREE for orders over 500€.
    • For orders under 500€ the cost will be 14,95€.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are 3-7 working days from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays in Spain which may delay delivery times. Times may be affected by external issues, such as strikes, incidents...

During holidays such as Christmas, Black Friday, Best Days in The World or national holidays we cannot guarantee the above mentioned delivery due to the high volume of shipments.

The delivery time is counted from the time the order leaves our centre until it arrives at the address indicated.

Warranty conditions

EcoPC offers a two-year warranty on its equipment. Accessories, components and batteries with six month warranty. The customer must check the goods 24 hours after receipt for possible transport damage in order to report any possible incidents with the products received.

The warranty only covers any hardware failure of the equipment from the date of purchase. Software faults that the user has installed on the computer equipment, after receipt of the order, and which cause a fault in the normal operation of the equipment, are not covered by the warranty. The user will be responsible for the costs of collection and shipment of the equipment, and the costs of testing and detection of the fault.

Note: Notebook batteries are guaranteed for seven months because they are a consumable, and it is recommended that they be replaced at regular intervals.

The following causes of failure are excluded from the warranty:

  • Failures caused by knocks or care of the equipment.
  • Improper use of the equipment.
  • Problems with the electrical network (electrical storms, voltage drops or rises, frequency changes).
  • Connection of power supplies not supplied with the equipment.
  • Problems caused by software, drivers or viruses.

Any warranty will be automatically void in the event of any of the following situations:

  • Tampering with the equipment by anyone other than ECOPC.
  • Tampering with any security seal on the equipment or any of its components.

In case of failure of the hard disk and being in period of guarantee the substitution of the same one, does not commit to the recovery of the information contained in the defective disk. It is the customer's responsibility to protect the information contained in the same, ECO PC will not be held responsible for any loss of information that may be caused. We recommend making backup copies of the information. All repairs or replacement of parts that are under warranty are carried out at our facilities. The customer has to bring the equipment to our facilities in any way available:

  • Bringing the equipment to our facilities.
  • By parcel service. In this case, the customer can send it from any transport company or ECOPC can collect the equipment at the indicated address, but it is the customer who pays the cost of collection and delivery of the equipment.

The warranty period for equipment repaired during the warranty period will continue to be the same period from the date of purchase. Under no circumstances will the warranty be extended for the replacement of parts in poor condition. No returns of repaired computers and/or components will be accepted if the customer has previously given his express consent for repair and the service has been carried out. In the event that the failure of a device under warranty is caused by a software, driver and/or virus fault, the time invested in the repair will be invoiced and assumed by the user. The equipment deposited in the Technical Service and that, after the revisions and tests, does not present any anomaly or hardware defect, will be invoiced for the time spent in the revision.

Digital products

Returns will not be accepted for the following products, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:

The supply of digital content that is not provided on a material support when the performance has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user with the knowledge on his part that he consequently loses his right of withdrawal. This includes computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer, as well as computer files, supplied electronically, that can be downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use.

In the event of any discrepancy between the versions / languages of the web, the Spanish version prevails, attributing the error to a spelling mistake.
